Five inhabited U.S. territories

Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa are listed separately from the nine Census divisions. Puerto Rico publishes verified regional guidance and clearly labeled proposed operating recommendations; the other territories currently have no verified settings reproduced here.
