Who is behind it
Hi, I’m Grover.
I lead No Bars Club from Connecticut, with my local work centered in New Haven County and the Valley. I started this project because I wanted to do more than just use mesh technology. I wanted to help build useful infrastructure, make the technology easier for people to understand and connect people who can help one another.
Why No Bars Club exists
Turn interest into useful local infrastructure.
Mesh works best when people share knowledge, place infrastructure thoughtfully and coordinate where it actually helps. No Bars Club exists to make those connections easier and to help move ideas from a chat room or workbench into something useful in the real world.

Share practical information so new and experienced builders can make better decisions and avoid unnecessary confusion.
Connections
Bring together builders, local groups, property owners, businesses and other useful resources when collaboration makes sense.
Our role
We are here to support existing mesh communities.
No Bars Club is not trying to replace local mesh communities, take over regional coordination or become an authority over independent groups. Existing communities should keep their own names, leadership, culture, settings and identity.
Local groups stay independent
We respect the people already doing the work in their own towns, cities and regions.
Collaboration is optional
We share information and coordinate when it is useful, not because anyone has to join another organization.
